December is my favourite time of year and not just for Christmas – it’s always the time for the Victoria’s Secret fashion show! And this year the #VSFASHIONSHOW2014 went global, in our very own London town.
The glamour, sequins, sparkle, glowing tans, amazingly honed bodies and gorgeous underwear – my kind of heaven. This is the show that I dream of attending but the £15,000 ticket price is, well, silly money.
This year’s Angels included Lily Aldridge, Doutzen Kroes, Behati Prinsloo, Candice Swanepoel, Lindsay Ellingson and Karlie Kloss and Alessandra Ambrosio and Adriana Lima wore the ultimate of all bras, the Fantasy Bras.
Lily Aldridge and Alessandra Ambrosio are my favourite angels. IMO they are flawless with natural beauty and I love that they live healthy lifestyles. They also have the most incredibly toned bodies that are strong, not skinny. And this is such an important message for girls.
Doutzen Kroes looked amazing only five months postpartum!
I love that the audience were told to wear black and white (although if you look at photos you can see a token clown in red) as the stage just shone with sparkle!
After watching the videos posted online, with the exception for the effortlessly cool Ed Sheeran, I wasn’t particularly taken by this years vocal artists – I much preferred Bruno Mars and Rihanna last year.
Let’s take a moment to appreciate the hair. Oh my, the signature Victoria’s Secret style hair – so glam!
